VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

We are aligned with goal #3 of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals - "Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages". We strongly believe that our mission will steer us towards healthy living, especially for artists, who are prone to mental health issues. Studies have shown that artists face mental health issues on a scale greater than any other occupation group and concepts such as "tortured artist" and "mad genius" exist only to fuel that creativity cannot exist without madness.

At Artists for Mental Health, we aim to fight this stigma around mental health in the artistic community by spreading awareness, initiating conversations, and supporting the artists suffering from mental distress. As part of our Volunteer Program, you would be exposed to a wide variety of mental health-related information and build connections with artists in multiple disciplines while honing your skills.
